An In Depth Momentum Watches Review
Hello, today we’re going to be taking a look at some of the most popular Momentum watches for men. You may not have heard of this brand before but they’re actually pretty popular in the US and Canada and are now gaining traction in the UK.
Momentum watches are designed by the St. Moritz Watch Corp who assemble and service high quality sports style watches under the Momentum brand. They like to create straightforward designs with outstanding waterproof performance aiming for a no-BS pricing stratergy which I have to agree does appeal to me.
Momentum Watches review
The Momentum watches are all assembled by hand at their base in Vancouver Canada. They test their watches every day as they’re right near the mountains and ocean. Things like diving, cycling wakeboarding, paddling, climbing, hiking, skiing and more are a daily occurrence. They’ve been producing watches since 1980 and have a great selection of styles and designs available.
Overall I’m very happy with the quality and value for money that I think Momentum watches offer, that’s why I’m happy to feature them like this on my site. 1. Momentum Watches 1M-DV52B1B Military Inspired Watch
First up on our list of the best Momentum watches for men is this military style timepiece. It features a large stainless steel casing with a 44mm diameter and a 15mm thickness. The crown has a double locking feature for better water resistance. This casing has been paired nicely with a thick durable rubber strap that fastens with a buckle style clasp.
The dial has a clear easy to read display with these large numeral style hour markers and bold style hands. The numerals are coarted with lume for better visibility in dim lit conditions. There’s also a date display with a cyclops magnifyer above it making it appear larger on the dial.
This men’s Momentum watch is powered by a Japanese quartz movement which gives it accurate and reliable timekeeping. The glass is made of a sapphire crystal for excellent scratch resistance. A major feature of this watch is of course the 500m water resistance rating which is great to see on a watch in this price range.

2. Momentum Watches Men’s Quartz Analogue Sports Timepiece
The next timepiece to feature in our list of the most popular Momentum watches is this sports/pilot style Atlas series timepiece. This men’s watch features a 36mm titanium casing that has a thickness of 11mm. Titanium is a popular material to use as it is lighter and stronger than stainless steel. It’s been nicely paired up with a durable rubber strap that fastens with a buckle style clasp.
I love this high visibility pilot style display. You have these large numeral style hour markers that are in a high contrasting colour standing out brilliantly against the black background. A good coating of lume on the hands and numerals makes this watch much easier to read in dim lit conditions too.
Powering the watch is a V-series Japanese quartz movement for accurate and reliable timekeeping. Protecting the dial is a mineral crystal glass which gives you a fairly good level of scratch resistance. The crown of this model is of a screw down style which goes towards the 100m water resistance rating.

3. Momentum Watches 1M-SP58L1B Quartz Rubber Strap Timepiece
In at number 3 on our list of the most popular Momentum watches is this fantastic looking timepiece. It has a large 44mm titanium casing with a thickness of 12mm. Again the titanium casing is better than a stainless steel version as it’s stronger and lighter. The strap of the watch is made of a durable rubber and fastens with a buckle style clasp. The crown of the watch has a screw down design too which is often found in higher end watches.
I like the dial of this dial. This black and white contrasting design makes the watch very easy to read. Then you have the dual time GMT hands that add a bit of extra colour which works very well in my opinion. There are luminous indicators for easier reading in dim lit conditions too.
At the heart of this Momentum watch is a high end Swiss made quartz movement giving this watch a great level of accuracy and reliability. The glass is made of a mineral crystal which gives you a good level of protection from scratches and shattering. A handy extra feature is the alarm function which is nice to see. Last but not least is the 100m water resistance rating which is bound to come in useful.

4. Momentum Watches 1M-SP08L1B Cobalt Lite Black Ribber Watch
In at number 4 we have this really impressive Momentum Cobalt Lite watch. This model has a large 44mm titanium casing that has a thickness of 11mm. This has been combined with a durable rubber strap that fastens with a buckle style clasp and gives you a comfortable fit.
A key feature of this dial is the degree of quality for the lume display. The Cobalt Lite has a Grade A SuperLuminova dial which really lights up the dial brilliantly in dim lit conditions. On the dial is a combination of numeral and baton style hour markers in a bold design making them extra easy to read. There’s also a tiny date display at the 3 o’clock position.
Powering this men’s Momentum watch is a Japanese made quartz movement for accurate and reliable timekeeping. A mineral crystal glass gives you a good levewl of protection from scratch and knocks too. On top of all this is a 100m water resistance rating which is great to have included.

5. Momentum Watches 1M-SP7407B-TRE Orange Dial Nylon Strap
The last timepiece to feature in today’s list of the best Momentum watches for men is this brilliant orange model. This watch is built with a 44mm stainless steel casing that has a thickness of 10mm. This has been matched up with a black nylong strap for extra comfort.
I’m loving this bright orange dial design that’s sure to get noticed on your wrist. It’s been matched up with these brilliant bold white numeral and baton style hour markers. The hands also have a bold style to them making them very easy to read. The hands and indexes are coated in lume for better visibility in dim lit conditions too.
This Momentum watch is powered by a reliable Japanese quartz movement for accurate timekeeping. The strap is made of a scratch resistant mineral glass which is fairly common to see on watches in this price range. It also has a 200m water resistance rating which is always nice to see on a watch.
