Invicta 3045 Watch Review Summary
My rating: 8.5/10. Great watch. Automatic movement with 300m water resistance rating.
Hello, today I’m doing an Invicta 3045 review. This is a rather impressive piece from their Diver collection, it has a Japanese automatic movement and a 300m water resistance rating and it’s priced very affordably so I’d say it’s worth taking a little look at.

Watch Review
Being from the Invicta Grand Diver collection we have this typical Diver’s style with the easy to read, lume rich display and a uni-directional bezel. One of the most striking features of the watch is this stunning deep blue dial that really draws your eyes in. There’s plenty of lume covering the hands and hour markers to make the watch extra easy to read in dim lit conditions. At the 3 o’clock position on the dial, we have a simple date display that’s highlighted with the magnifier bubble.
Powering the watch we have a Japanese Miyota 21 jewel automatic movement Seiko caliber NH35A. A key feature of this watch is the exhibition caseback which means you can take a look at the movement in action from the rear casing of the watch. Automatic movements generate power from the movement of the wearer’s wrist meaning you’ll never be required to change a battery.
Taking a look at the size now, whilst it doesn’t initially appear as chunky as some of their other watch models, this is still a fairly large watch from Invicta. The casing diameter is 47mm whilst the thickness is 17mm, this means this is quite a big watch that will get noticed on your wrist. This might not be so suitable for people with smaller wrists, so keep that in mind.
The strap has a relatively simple fold over clasp with safety catch. It’s made of stainless steel and measures 22mm.
Coming from their Grand Diver series you’d expect a reasonable water resistance rating and I’m glad to see they’ve done well here. The watch has a 300m or 30 bar water resistance rating which makes it suitable for professional marine activity, serious surface water sports and skin diving.

My Final Thoughts On This Invicta 3045 Review:
The Invicta 3045 is a great looking chunky watch, I really love this deep blue of the dial and a favourite feature of mine being the exhibition caseback. It’s great to see this is very fairly priced in my opinion considering it’s a 300m rated watch. Overall the watch looks great, has a decent movement and is well priced so I’d say it’s well worth considering.
