The brand produces luxury timepieces that features their iconic double 8 signature in a variety of forms, some are subtle whilst others are more overt. The number 8 is considered to be a lucky number in many cultures, particularly Asia.
The 88 Rue Du Rhone watches represent elegance and excellence with their timepieces that combine innovation and tradition with fair and accessible pricing. With their years of family watchmaking know-how, Elie and Pierre Bernheim have put together a stunning collection of desirable watches.

The first collection to be launched by 88 Rue Du Rhone was the ‘Double 8 Origin’ in 2012. This was made up of 100 quartz, automatic, and chronograph watches in sizes ranging from 29mm up to 45mm.

The dial features this beautifully detailed design with is made up of lots of tiny ’88’ motifs. There’s a small diamond located at the 8 o’clock position on the dial which is an interesting added touch. The hands and hour markers are rose gold coloured and feature a coating of lume for better visibility in dim lit conditions. 3 chronograph sub-dials and a small date indicator as also on display.

In at number 4 we have this popular men’s all black watch from Rue Du Rhone. This timepiece is built with a 45mm black ion-plated stainless steel casing that has a thickness of 12mm. The strap is made of a soft genuine leather and fastens with a buckle style clasp.
Like the previous model, this Rue Du Rhone watch makes use of a detailed dial design with tiny ’88’ motifs. They’ve used numeral style hour markers and slim hands that have a coating of lume for better visibility in dim lit conditions.
